Hey there! I'm Malaika :)
I'm an illustrator who loves to research and find creative solutions unique to every problem. With a background in Media Studies (Journalism) and a distinction in MA Authorial Illustration from Falmouth University, I bring strong communication and high agency to every project.
When I'm not illustrating, I'm playing board games, sniffing books, or pulling a Tarot card to break through a creative block. A childhood favourite song, Spiralling by Keane, lives quietly in the details: my favicon, and the eyes of my alter-ego on hover. Consider it an easter egg that alludes to my personal belief in the upward spiral.
