The idea for the wall started with closely observing the elements in this room with added elements from the Ginkgo Biloba tree. The colours of the room, decor pieces and shapes from the carpet were intentionally echoed in the artwork.

PROCESS WALKTHROUGH
The dining space is where families with members from multiple generations come together to share a meal and receive nourishment to get on with the day. The Ginkgo Biloba tree dates back 290 million years, being one of the oldest species of trees to exist. Here the Ginkgo tree supports this everlasting kinship across generations as each individual self-actualises and reaches greater and greater heights on the tree, showcasing betterment over the passage of time.
