The illustrations were created traditionally using ink and paper. The entire process - from research, storyboarding, illustration, font design, digital edits to print and binding - was undertaken by the artist.
The images below are from my final MA exibition. My exhibit was curated to be entirely self-reflexive in nature, driven by the autobiographical bent of the book’s content. It worked as an invitation into the book’s tone of voice and humor.
A plaster cast of my hands emerge from the wall, presenting the book to the audience.
